Responsibilities

Working closely with Systems Integrators to align on work items
Developing goals and tracking issues
Creating and maintaining project management and risk management plans
Maintaining project artifacts: Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, including meeting minutes, project plans, status reports. Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and project managers
Acting as a liaison between MetroPlusHealth stakeholders and our Systems Integrators
Providing oversight of our Systems Integrators and vendors
Assessing opportunities and deliverables
Conducting regular project meetings: Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication and coordination among project team members, including developers, administrators, and business users. This can involve scheduling meetings, and distributing project-related information
Guiding and mentoring the team to achieve project outcomes

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related technical discipline
4 years of experience in project coordination of small and large-scale IT projects
A satisfactory equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional skills in organization and prioritization
Strong interpersonal skills
Problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
Integrity and trust
