Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience in Government Contracts law, including, bid protest work, the Contract Disputes Act, internal investigations, counseling, and Federal procurement issues involving the Federal Acquisition Regulation ("FAR")

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing or eligible to waive into the DC bar

Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment

Required

6-8 years of post-JD experience (excluding judicial clerkships)

Juris Doctor

Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing or eligible to waive into the DC bar
