Responsibilities

Design, develop, and validate electrical equipment and systems for performance and safety
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues; implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Lead process improvement projects and support new machinery launches
Mentor maintenance technicians and collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Manage engineering projects within budget, timeline, and safety standards
Travel between facilities as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
6+ years of experience in manufacturing or electrical engineering
