Start in 2026 SummerCDM Smith is looking for a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join our team in Tampa! In this role, you will assist with subsurface investigations and various tasks related to Geotechnical projects under the guidance of senior engineers.

Assist with subsurface investigations and oversight during construction of subsurface work
Assist senior engineers in performing calculations
Perform analyses
Prepare reports
Prepare plans and specifications
Assist with office needs on a variety of Geotechnical projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering is required
An appropriate and valid driver's license is required
