Responsibilities
Oversee the HR operations of our Long Term Care facilities throughout Ohio, Indiana and Missouri
Guide the HR operations, with an emphasis on labor management, turnover/retention, strategic recruitment plans, and HRIS system management and utilization
Qualification
Required
3-5 years in Long Term Care or Healthcare Settings
Highly Organized
Local to Indianapolis
All aspects of labor force management including needs-based scheduling, compensation, and technology for labor management
Willing to travel
Support for employee engagement, recruitment and retention
Union knowledge
Bachelor in HR at a minimum
Proficient with computer and applications
Multi-location experience a must
Must be personable, engaging and able to handle conflict
Preferred
Workday HRIS experience is a big plus
Workday experience a strong plus
