Responsibilities
Own key areas of focus (or a mission) aligned to helping customers being successful using DynamoDB
Own the strategy for your area of focus
Work backwards from customer needs
Leverage data such as service telemetry, user feedback, and industry trends to author PRFAQs, pricing, and naming narratives
Hold yourself and partners accountable for the highest quality customer outcomes
Responsible for growing usage, iterating on customer feedback, and education
Partner with engineering, legal, documentation, marketing, sales, solution architecture, finance, GTM specialists, and more to drive growth
Provide clarity where there is ambiguity
Be a builder
Be customer obsessed
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
Preferred
Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
