Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions
Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters and ensure production transitions meet program goals
Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost, assembly, test, Bill of Materials (BOM), capacity readiness and transition plans)
Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program management
Experience in driving, building and qualifying New Product Introduction (NPI) process stages with engineering teams
Experience working in hardware or contract manufacturing for supply chain operations

Preferred

5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working with hardware programs (e.g., PCBA) or networking products (e.g., NICs, switches, optics, racks)
Experience in Supply/Demand planning
Experience in leading operational initiatives and managing cross-functional trade offs/alignments across multiple regions
Ability to navigate ambiguity and continuously improve business processes and tools
