Review plans and specs to define scope and pricing
Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
Lead and coordinate the full estimating cycle
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Identify risks and resolve estimating issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction estimating experience
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with HeavyBid, inEight, Bid2Win, or similar software
Preferred
Government project experience is a plus
