Required

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
10+ years experience in Engineering with a consistent track record
Specific knowledge and experience with Oral Solid Dose Pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of granulation, Compaction, Encapsulation, Coating equipment and Processes
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Outstanding leadership and management skills
Ability to implement global standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-directed with strong partner development skills
Ability to lead and influence in a matrix and global environment
Consistent in delivering results

Preferred

Masters Degree is desirable
Experience in leading teams and/or initiatives is a plus
