Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 4+ years of related experience managing civil/highway projects in the transportation industry
Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD
Detail oriented with a strong command of design principles and the ability to develop accurate design calculations
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication including public speaking skills
Preferred
Master's degree
EIT
Experience with NJ Counties and NJDOT projects and knowledge of their design standards, procedures and requirements
