Phillips Lytle LLP is looking to expand their talent within their Municipal Finance Practice. They are seeking a part-time or hourly contract Attorney to handle federal tax aspects of municipal finance/bond transactions on a national scale.

Handle federal tax aspects of both general obligation borrowings as well as conduit revenue bonds, including both 501(e)(3) and exempt facility issuances
