Business Development Rep
Bassett Mechanical is a 3rd generation family-owned company that provides custom-built industrial refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, metal fabricating and preventative maintenance service solutions to customers throughout the United States and the world. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Rep to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and promoting their HVAC maintenance services in the Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the commercial/industrial markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Conduct site assessments and collaborate with clients to identify their HVAC maintenance needs, presenting tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients
Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective pipeline management and closing deals
Work closely with internal teams, including technicians and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position the company effectively
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress using CRM systems
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients of diverse backgrounds
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as required
Preferred
College degree in sales/marketing or related field is a plus
