Bluebird is a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up in the financial technology space, seeking an Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market and upper mid-market customers, engaging with senior finance stakeholders and driving business performance through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
Run full-cycle sales processes (3–6 months) for $35K–$75K deal sizes
Engage C-level and senior finance decision-makers
Manage multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes
Close 3–4 deals per month with consistent quota attainment
Generate ~20% of your own pipeline through structured outbound
Deliver high-impact product demos and business cases
Qualification
Required
4+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience (mid-market)
Proven success with $35K–$50K+ deal sizes and complex sales cycles
Experience in high-growth or early-stage/pre-IPO environments
Strong track record (stable tenure, consistent over-performance)
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC)
Comfortable selling to finance or economically focused buyers
Preferred
Experience selling to CFO / finance teams
Background in financial, accounting, or analytics-driven products
