TownePlace Suites Front Office Manager
Marquee Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager for TownePlace Suites, responsible for managing day-to-day hotel operations while maximizing financial returns and enhancing guest experiences. The role involves overseeing hotel departments, assisting in financial planning, and providing mentorship to team members.

Responsibilities
Assist the Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial and operational plans for the hotel
Provide regular direction and manage hotel operations for all departments
Assist the Manager with recording and inputting credit card purchases and petty cash purchases into the Hotel’s Google Drive Folder
Make recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the hotel and/or company and brand loyalty
Assist in the completion of EOM reports each month by its specified due date
Manage day-to-day operational activities, plan and assign work and establish performance and development goals for team members
Is the direct report for all front desk and shuttle staff and reviews that all checklists are being completed by each employee
Ensure that the schedule does not exceed the allotted payroll budget and that staff time is being managed
Consistently communicate with Management on situations and operational issues that might arise and also ensure that the front desk and housekeeping are always working on the same page
Provide mentoring, coaching, and regular feedback to help manage conflict, improve team member performance, and recognize good performance
Qualification
Required

Creating and maintaining a unique guest experience
Executing on brand standards
Building awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community
Act as General Manager in his/her absence
