Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of global demand generation campaigns
Drive $10M+ in qualified pipeline sourced through campaign activities, with a focus on high-intent conversion and accelerated deal velocity
Build tight collaboration with Sales, especially in key segments like expansion accounts and strategic industries
Build repeatable and scalable campaign motions tailored to enterprise, mid-market, and regional needs
Execute integrated campaigns across regions with attention to localized strategy, channel mix, and cultural nuance
Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to track, attribute, and optimize campaign performance

Required

6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline growth
Proven ability to drive revenue-impacting campaigns in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps
Experience marketing to technical or compliance-oriented buyers, ideally in highly regulated industries
Familiarity with global campaign execution and pipeline development across diverse customer segments and regions
Hands-on experience with pipeline attribution tools, campaign performance metrics, and MarTech infrastructure
Strong project management and executional rigor, with a bias for impact, iteration, and scale
Ability to build influence across GTM teams through data-backed storytelling and visible campaign success
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving goals and priorities
