Responsibilities
Serve as the central coordination point for all Smart App workstreams, ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and go-to-market strategies
Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maintain a unified Smart App roadmap
Partner with product leaders (L&A, P&C, Reinsurance, Global Specialty) to prioritize, sequence, and track Smart App initiatives
Facilitate communication and engagement across stakeholders to ensure consistent execution and visibility of progress
Manage global Smart App R&D and deployment budgets, including hours, spend, and resource utilization
Provide monthly reporting on investment allocation, progress, and value realization
Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership to forecast and allocate funding for ongoing and upcoming initiatives
Optimize resourcing across teams to maintain delivery efficiency
Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks for Smart App development, review, and release
Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor project status, risks, and outcomes
Ensure documentation, compliance, and communication standards are maintained across all Smart App programs
Lead the implementation of standardized development and release processes to drive transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (PMP preferred)
7+ years of experience in program or portfolio management within enterprise software, digital transformation, or insurance technology
Strong understanding of workflow automation, low-code platforms, and composable architecture concepts
Proven ability to manage global cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills
