Responsibilities

Fund Document Drafting: Use AI tools to generate, compare, and review limited partnership agreements, subscription documents, and side letters
Investor Negotiations: Employ AI-driven analytics to benchmark terms, flag deviations, and prepare client summaries of key provisions
Regulatory Interface: Coordinate with compliance teams using AI agents to ensure fund structures align with SEC, CFTC, ERISA and other applicable requirements
Knowledge Management: Leverage AI tools to capture institutional knowledge, precedent clauses, and negotiation patterns across deals
Collaboration with Tech: Work closely with technology teams to continue to make the deal process even more efficient using AI

Qualification

Required

Juris Doctor (JD); admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5-7 years of experience in private funds, investment management, or financial transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Curiosity and openness to using AI tools to improve precision and efficiency
No prior AI experience required
