The role involves managing core finance functions such as accounting operations, financial reporting, and reconciliations, supporting finance leaders and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end or year-end close requirements
Process invoices, payments, credit notes, and expense claims
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
Work with accounting systems and tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits, reporting, and operational needs
Qualification
Required
Experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (level varies by opportunity)
Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup
