Compensation Analyst

Developing and implementing compensation structures, policies, and procedures that align with strategic goals
Conducting market research and benchmarking
Providing data-driven recommendations
Collaborating closely with HR and management to assess job roles
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Preparing reports for senior leadership
Supporting compensation-related training initiatives

Required
