They are seeking a Graphic & Web Designer to create marketing and product visuals, design and build web pages, and support growth initiatives with conversion-focused design solutions.

Responsibilities

Design web and graphic assets for marketing and product needs

Build and maintain landing pages using Webflow

Propose design concepts and create wireframes, mockups, and final visuals

Work with HTML and CSS to support and customize web layouts

Create banners, creatives, presentations, and other visual materials

(Ideally) Create and configure forms in HubSpot, add basic scripts, and think through user logic and flows

Use AI tools to optimize design and web development workflows, speed up execution, and explore design alternatives while maintaining high quality and consistency

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure design supports conversion and usability goals

Manage multiple design tasks in parallel in a fast-moving environment

Required

Experience as a Web Designer / Graphic Designer in a digital or product-driven environment

Strong skills in web and graphic design (landing pages, banners, presentations)

Hands-on experience with Webflow

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity in design and web development, with the ability to work independently and choose the right tools to achieve results

Ability to propose design solutions, not just execute tasks

Understanding of basic UX/UI principles and user flows

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
