Responsibilities
Manage and prepare SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
Oversee XBRL tagging with a focus on completeness and accuracy
Lead discussion and analysis sections, business descriptions, financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules
Handle financial statement preparation, tie-outs, and disclosure checklists
Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting
Maintain rigorous standards of quality, compliance, and consistency across all reporting deliverables
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in SEC reporting at a manager level
Proficiency with 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K preparation and XBRL
Strong financial statement and disclosure knowledge
A collaborative, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills
High attention to detail and an ownership mindset
