Responsibilities
Own and evolve the product roadmap for the Sentinel Data Lake and Graph platform, prioritizing features that enable scalable, secure, and performant data ingestion, transformation, and access across diverse security workloads
Define and drive the development of a unified data catalog that enables discoverability, governance, and schema evolution for petabyte-scale security data across tabular, graph, and vector modalities
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and partner teams across Microsoft Security
Translate customer and partner needs into clear product requirements and success metrics, balancing technical feasibility with business impact in a fast-paced, AI-driven security environment
Lead planning, execution, and go-to-market efforts for new platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with broader Microsoft Security strategy and delivering measurable value to internal and external stakeholders

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
7+ years of experience with focus on data platforms or related technologies, demonstrating the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements and drive cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
4+ years of experience with high-scale data platforms: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale data platform projects, such as data lakes or data warehouses, including ownership of infrastructure that handles massive data volumes
2+ years of deep understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) pipelines, with hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL workflows that ensure data quality and reliability
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework)
6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn)
6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience
