Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions across Ohio
Prospect through cold calling, networking, and referrals (systems provided)
Learn to underwrite properties: ROI, ARV, cap rates, rental income
Walk properties, attend inspections, and assist with due diligence
Partner with investors to evaluate your own purchase opportunities
Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Qualification
Required
Active Ohio real estate license (or in process)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hustle-driven: comfortable with cold calling & performance-based work
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in investing
Preferred
Sales experience helpful, but not required
