Responsibilities
Maintaining, writing, creating and organizing marketing materials including project sheets, resumes, project lists, and related collateral
Supporting the project team by writing, coordinating, designing and developing proposals and presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities
Maintaining consistent interaction with multiple offices including principals, directors, managers, and others to effectively support marketing strategy
Assisting with marketing plan development and budgets
Identifying, tracking and coordinating conference, industry and award opportunities
Assisting with content development and creation of social media, marketing campaigns, and website and industry conferences
Ensuring that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategy, deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail
Conducting market research to keep up with changing demographic and other relevant issues to assist with evaluating marketing and communication activities and to monitor emerging issues
Supporting the production and schedule of qualification submittals
Assisting with writing, coordinating, designing, and developing presentations for prime and teaming opportunities
Establishing local information networks to report and monitor changing demographics and other relevant issues
Assisting with identifying and tracking strategic pursuits
Qualification
Required
4+ years of sales or marketing experience required
BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred
experience in marketing or design in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction
