Pheasant Energy is seeking a self-motivated Acquisition Specialist to identify and execute the purchase of oil and gas interests. The role involves high-volume calling, coordinating closings, and updating the internal database with results from outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

Research and identify contact and background information for our database of oil and gas interest owners

High-volume calling and discussing the sale of an individual or company’s oil and gas rights

Work with the corporate office to coordinate closings, title work, and other due diligence

Diligently update the internal database with results of phone calls, texts, emails, progress, etc

Required

Previous experience in oil and gas related land work

Strong ability to negotiate and close transactions

Strong communication skills and close attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software

Problem solver. Independently finding solutions to roadblocks is a must
