Responsibilities
Understand and articulate operational risks, market dynamics and other financial & contractual considerations affecting development projects
Build long term operations and maintenance cost forecast models for greenfield solar and storage projects as well as mergers and acquisitions, in support of key corporate targets
Actively support negotiation of operational terms in power purchase and energy storage agreements
Identify and seek mitigations for technical and operational risk to projects
Complete annual review and update of O&M proforma model assumptions
Perform ad hoc analytics in support of executive decision-making
Qualification
Required
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 4+ years
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering
MBA in Finance
Master's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP)
