Responsibilities

Perform field service work and service calls at customer sites
Assist in performing shutdown services related to paper machine clothing on all sections of the paper machine
Assist during clothing installations
Perform inspections and services between clothing installations
Conduct minor equipment and inventory audits that support customer contracts and agreements
Work closely with Product Managers, Sales, and Technology experts to ensure customer-focused cooperation

Required

Bachelors Degree (BA, BS) from four-year college or university; minimum of 5 years related experience and / or training - preferably in paper industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Trouble-shooting abilities are key
Travel required to customer sites
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Prefer strong understanding of paper machine clothing, but willing to train with appropriate background and willingness to learn
Preference would be someone located in or near Ohio
