Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to provide day-to-day client contact, manage projects, and develop strong client relationships while demonstrating strategic thinking in the pharmaceutical industry.

Information Technology

Responsibilities

Daily client contact and follow-up
Develops and updates client status reports and timelines
Participates in client status meetings and conference calls
Creates contact reports to document client discussions and decisions
Manages projects through client review process, including submissions, and listening in on client review calls
Ensures brand style/messages are consistent across materials
Ensures client feedback is understood and incorporated properly
Builds strong relationships with clients and secures their respect and trust
Has a good understanding of the category, disease state, customer, product, and strategies
Assists in tactical planning and budget development
Works with Project Management to define appropriate estimates based on project scope
Submits estimates to client, and ensures signed documentation is received
Participates in internal discussions related to budget tracker and financial reporting
Helps generate financial budgets (SOWs)
Develops and submits project briefs to Client
Leads input/kick-off meetings and ensures understanding of project scope
Oversees development of timelines alongside project manager
Works with team to ensure projects are progressing on time and on budget
Reviews project routes to ensure they are adhering to FDA and brand style guidelines, as well as Client/PRC/MLR comments are incorporated
Manages submissions to Client and PRC/MLR

Required

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of healthcare advertising agency experience
Strong attention to detail; very organized
Self-starter, driven and results oriented
Demonstrates problem-solving skills
Proactive; takes initiative
Strong in both written and verbal communication
Team oriented

Preferred

Digital and/or Veeva experience a plus
