This role involves driving cultural transformation, employee engagement, and digital innovation within the HR function while partnering with the U.S. Executive Team to align people strategy with business growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a People & Culture team of 15+ professionals across the U.S

Shape and execute a national learning and development strategy

Drive cultural transformation and employee engagement across 40+ sites

Champion digital innovation and people analytics within the HR function

Strengthen Tradebe’s connection with the communities we serve

Partner directly with the U.S. Executive Team and Global HR to align people strategy with business growth

Drive the U.S. People strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational priorities

Lead organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives

Oversee learning, leadership, and workforce development programs

Use data and analytics to measure engagement, productivity, and impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on all people-related matters

Foster a strong connection between Tradebe and the communities we serve
