Responsibilities
Resolve a wide range of business process issues by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within the CRMs and integrated SaaS applications for workflow and forms
Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle, from prospective students to alumni engagement, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Slate and Salesforce
Ability to design and build innovative solutions
Experience in resolving business process issues
Skills in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions within CRMs and integrated SaaS applications
Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques to support the entire student lifecycle
Ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience
Current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position
Preferred
Experience with other SaaS solutions such as Qualtrics, Kuali Build, DocuSign
