Command Holdings, a Pequot Company, is seeking a Capabilities Integration SME: Battlespace Awareness & ISR to support the Department of War's Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs. The role involves providing subject matter expertise to manage the Battlespace Awareness Portfolio and ensuring it meets operational needs through various analytical and evaluative tasks.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate existing and planned ISR and environmental systems, processes and programs across the DoW and IC to ensure the BA Portfolio is optimized to meet the operational warfighter, acquisition community and senior policy maker needs

Provide all support required to organize, analyze, and coordinate planning, programming and resource data needed for optimum development and management of the BA Portfolio

Conduct research and analysis, develop recommendations, develop position papers, responses, talking points, memoranda, briefings, and correspondence as required on all critical ISR capabilities

Develop guidance for initial binning, develop data collection and management strategies, conduct assessments of tools and repositories, create business rules and entry/exit criteria, and develop corporate review and evaluation criteria

Provide subject matter expertise to establish a decision-making framework for BA capability portfolio management (CPM) that will promote timely and effective capabilities based decisions when an investment crosses or spans any of the following: BA CPM and another DoW Mission Area, Multiple DoW component agencies, or BA CPM and the broader IC

Required

Bachelors degree

Current, active TS/SCI security clearance

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the DoD or IC working with battlespace awareness programs

Minimum of 10 years of experience with the DoD and/or IC requirements process and defense acquisition management systems

Minimum of 5 years of experience with the DoD PPBE process, policy development, program oversight/guidance, and capabilities development and resourcing on a military or interagency staff

Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus

Professional proficiency in English is required

Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID
