Qualification
Required
Is based in NYC and open to working onsite 5 days/week
Has experience leading projects end-to-end
Enjoys contributing to product decisions and user experience
Communicates clearly and is comfortable in client-facing contexts
Is proficient with Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL
Moves fast and thrives in a high-ownership environment
Preferred
Building or designing AI-powered products
Working in early-stage or high-growth startup environments
