Responsibilities

Work directly with the client in a fast-paced working environment to address their day-to-day analytics needs
Address business problems by incorporating the business context to design and develop solutions that leverage statistical & advanced analytics methodologies
Form hypotheses and develop models to support decision making
Build in efficiencies through standardization and automation
Understand user behavior throughout the lifecycle - acquisition channel, drivers of churn, user engagement, impact of emails & notifications
Develop recommendation engines to drive engagement with end-users
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns with respect to key success metrics
Understand the impact of product features and experience on business KPIs
Design visualizations that provide critical information for decision making

Qualification

Advanced SQLPythonPredictive analyticsData visualizationExploratory data analysisInsight generationHypothesis testingCampaign designProblem solving

Required

Analytics experience 5+ yrs years of hands-on experience
Graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational research, Information Science, Engineering, Statistics
Expertise in advanced SQL
Expertise in either Python / R
Experience in any visualization tool like Tableau, Spotfire, Power BI or equivalent
Exploratory data analysis
Problem solving & Insight generation
Fundamental understanding of hypothesis testing & campaign design
Fundamental understanding of standard predictive and classification models, when to use and how to interpret results

Preferred

MS or MBA preferred
Data pipeline & workflow creation (preferred)
