Responsibilities

Job Intake and Planning: Monitor Acculynx for sidework requests, review scope for completeness, coordinate with the Roofing Production Manager to align timelines, solicit and present subcontractor bids, and flag issues for clarification

Coordination and Execution: Schedule installations, assign labor tickets, manage multi-trade projects, communicate proactively with subcontractors, and handle rescheduling due to delays (e.g., weather, homeowner issues)

Monitoring and Optimization: Track project completion and quality, document subcontractor pricing trends, and provide sidework reports with actionable insights for management

Required

Project Coordination Background: Prior experience in project coordination (required) or construction-related scheduling (a plus). Roofing-specific knowledge is not required

Self-Starter Mindset: High personal capacity, initiative, and the ability to move projects forward with minimal hand-holding

Problem-Solving Orientation: Comfortable troubleshooting issues (e.g., scheduling, weather, homeowner concerns) and bringing proactive solutions

Communication Skills: Clear, professional communication with subcontractors, homeowners, and internal managers—both written and verbal

Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and use AccuLynx and other project management tools; proficiency with basic office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
