Responsibilities
Lead profitable small commercial growth in the designated territory by developing and managing assigned agencies
Drive strong results through profitable quote flow through single dedication to small market commercial lines
Partner with personal lines and middle market sales and underwriting teams to find opportunities and develop growth and profit strategies
Qualification
Required
Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance sales and/or agency relationship management experience
A strong familiarity with Small Commercial insurance products
Preferred
Significant experience working with/within the Independent Agency Distribution Channel
Commercial underwriting experience, with authority
Existing agency relationships within the territory
