Community Program Assistant

Responsibilities
Schedule Project Visits
Weekly follow-up with community members
Data collection, entry, and quality control
Maintain project files
Lead group sessions with parents and students
Assist with establishing and maintaining outstanding relationships with community partners
Attend meeting with community partners
Attending Staff Training and Research Meetings
Participating in project planning and development of research protocols while ensuring adherence to accepted scientific research principal and community engaged approached
Other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases
Ability to work independently, perform well under pressure, meet deadlines and exercise good judgment
