Responsibilities
Serve as the initial point of contact between customers and Johnson Electric for quality issues
Manage non-conformance issues, warranty claims, and QPR logs
Lead root cause analysis and containment activities for quality issues
Control sorting costs and ensure timely 8D responsiveness
Analyze customer returns for 0KM and warranty trends
Prepare customer situation reports, 8Ds, and containment plans for review
Conduct customer visits and assess risk during quality/warranty situations
Coordinate quality meetings with JE manufacturing sites
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in 8D reporting and quality tools
Experience working in a manufacturing facility and with external customers
Strong understanding of motors, actuators, and pumps
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience with PPAP management and automotive quality standards
