Tier 1 IT Support Consultant
Interlink Cloud Advisors is seeking an innovative Tier 1 IT Support Consultant to join their Technical Consulting team. Responsibilities
Participate in identifying, creating, and executing IT strategies and support for our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB customers
Provide technical support for various IT systems, including Office 365, Windows Intune, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows Desktop, MS System Center Suite, and other general IT infrastructure – SAN storage, networking, etc
Provides day-to-day technical, project, and process support and expertise to the client team
Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and client interactions
Assist with the delivery of deployment and migration projects
Interface with Clients in a presales capacity to find opportunities and scope projects
Provide vital customer service while working with Clients on-site or remotely
Find opportunities to drive additional value to our clients while working with them
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
2+ years of experience with Office 365, Windows PowerShell, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Intune
Ability to establish and nurture internal solid and client-driven relationships and work seamlessly within a collaborative environment
