Responsibilities
Manage and create all content assets from social media to website needs
Ideate, manage, and edit reels, before/ after's, receive UGC content
Oversee and execute strategic growth marketing through various grassroots efforts, as well as email and SMS campaigns
Manage all events
Secure key local sponsors and secure partnerships, including influencer management
Grow email database and engagement
Lead Content Calendar, Posting, Engagement, Instagram, Tik Tok
Track towards ALEXIS LAUREN brand KPIs and growth strategy
Own execution and ideas
Track analytics and weekly performance, includer larger brand marketing pacing
Ideate and create newsletters and releases for any new services
Blog posts
Qualification
Required
3+ years in social media, content creation, or marketing position
Must have a strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and all social media platforms
Creative and detail-oriented
Self-starter and able to work independently
Experience with Canva and editing tools (Adobe Suite etc)
Ability to commute to Coral Gables and Bay Harbor Islands, as needed
