Responsibilities

Define and execute the long-term vision for the Marketplace Partner Program, aligning with studio goals, and driving competitive differentiation
Directly oversee a managed service team to conduct onboarding, performance management, and lifecycle management of hundreds of global partner studios
Develop programs to attract top-tier creators while maintaining rigorous quality, safety, and security standards
Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver tools and analytics that empower creators and optimize player experience
Lead initiatives for community engagement programs to foster loyalty and growth

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development + OR equivalent experience

Preferred

1+ year(s) people management experience
Proven experience leading external teams
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for gaming and creator communities
Keen ability to drive customer success through relationship building, requirements gathering, and prioritization
Proven track record of scaling creator or partner programs globally
Understanding of UGC ecosystems including marketplace dynamics and monetization strategies
Experience with digital transformation of manual business processes
