This internship will provide hands-on experience in real estate, focusing on compiling marketing materials, updating market information, and assisting with leasing reports.

Responsibilities

Compile marketing packages for tenants and brokers

Gather and update market information including canvassing retailers

Assist with preparing and running leasing reports

Submit vacancies to ReSquared

Support additional projects or initiatives as needed

Required

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a business oriented major, preferably with a focus in real estate

Strong written, verbal and analytical skills

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of internal and external customers

Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems
