Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering and capital projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities

Support packaging line projects, equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements

Ensure all work complies with GMP regulations and internal quality standards

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation

Coordinate with operations, quality, validation, maintenance, and external vendors

Support SOP development, equipment documentation, and change control activities

Provide technical oversight for pharmaceutical packaging and manufacturing equipment

Required

6+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Proven experience working with manufacturing and capital equipment in GMP-regulated environments

Strong project management and planning skills

Background in Packaging Engineering (required)

Experience supporting Solid Oral Dose (SOD) manufacturing

Working knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, processes, and facility operations

Proficiency with CAD tools and SOP-driven environments
