Lead research, analysis and insight generation across varied client engagements
Structure project approaches, objectives and implementation plans
Manage day-to-day workstreams, timelines and stakeholder updates
Contribute directly to client presentations and follow-on work
Support business development through proposals and client discussions
Qualification
Required
3–6 years' experience within management consulting (supply chain, procurement, operations)
Strong commercial judgement with solid financial and analytical capability
Confidence working in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Proven leadership potential and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in English and willingness to travel when required
Unrestricted right to work in the US without a VISA
