Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, payroll, billing, and program documentation
Manage communications including phone calls, appointments, emails, mail, and visitor schedules
Oversee supply inventory, purchasing, vehicle maintenance records, and program credit card and receipts
Attend staff meetings, take minutes, and assist in program reporting for funding, licensing, and regulatory agencies
Support data entry, incident reporting, outcome tracking, and satisfaction surveys billing documentation
Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and adherence to agency policies, including HIPAA and Corporate Compliance
Serve as a positive and professional role model for staff, residents, and families
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and 2+ years administration experience, or business school with 1+ year administration experience
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license
Ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced, high-stress environment; meet all background and credentialing requirements
