Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance and operation of the properties' facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds, and pool
Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and supervise a maintenance team
Collaborate with external vendors and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building systems
Experience in team management, training, and coordinating across departments
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and preventative maintenance strategies
Proficiency with relevant technical tools and maintenance software
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff
Preferred
Prior experience in hospitality engineering or property management is a plus
