Conduct all audit procedures as outlined by the hotel and company policies on a daily basis
Verify and ensure proper handling of all wake-up call requests
Reconcile all cash receipts and work completed during the audit shift, and make cash deposits
Prepare the front office for the ‘A’ shift and reset business for the day
Serve as the Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty during nighttime hours
Perform the duties of PBX operator during the audit shift
Actively participate in all front office meetings
Engage in all training and cross-training programs
Take the initiative to warmly greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Other duties as assigned by the leader
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma or equivalent
Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment
Preferred
Experience 1-2 years of hotel experience and/or guest service experience
