Responsibilities
Source & recruit candidates for immediate and future job openings in various industries, including light industrial, office, skilled trades, and more
Conduct in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and job fit
Onboard & place candidates – Ensure a smooth start and match candidates to the right clients
Client Meetings – Understand hiring needs and present top candidates
Sales Focus – Sell our services and candidates with confidence
Manage Full Recruitment Cycle – You’ll own the process from sourcing to placement
Qualification
Required
Self-Starter – You don't wait to be told what to do
Recruiting, Sales, or Customer Service Experience – Experience in multiple industries is a plus
Thrives Under Pressure – You love a challenge and meet deadlines with ease
Strong Multitasker – Juggle multiple priorities seamlessly
Tech-Savvy – Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word (50+ WPM), Boolean searches, and site sourcing
Outgoing & Professional – People trust and connect with you easily
Sales Mindset – You understand the value of our services and can confidently promote them
Transportation Requirement: You must have your own reliable transportation to commute to one of our Albany or Saratoga offices
