Lead and manage land development projects from concept through construction for commercial and municipal clients

Serve as the primary client contact, fostering strong relationships and ensuring exceptional client service

Actively pursue new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support strategic growth initiatives in Central Florida

Oversee and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, schedules, and budgets

Collaborate across disciplines within KEITH to deliver integrated project solutions

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as permitting and zoning requirements
