Responsibilities

Support current-state assessments of clients’ finance and accounting processes
Assist with accounting process improvements (e.g., close optimization)
Prepare and review schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analyses
Support diligence, post-acquisition, and restructuring-related finance work
Support financial systems implementations and integrations, including requirements gathering and testing support (NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Sage, or similar ERPs)
Assist with Chart of Accounts mapping, data migration, and data validation
Build and maintain Excel-based models and templates to support system implementations
Support post-implementation reporting and dashboard enablement
Develop client-ready PowerPoint materials to communicate process flows and recommendations
Support project management activities, including tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables

Required

At least 4 years of experience in accounting, advisory, consulting, or a related role
Strong accounting foundation; CPA or CPA-track preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
