Responsibilities

Express and purify proteins in bacterial, yeast, insect, and mammalian systems
Develop and troubleshoot purification workflows using diverse chromatography methods
Characterize proteins and protein–protein interactions using biophysical techniques such as BLI or ITC
Manage multiple projects, maintain clear records, and communicate progress with collaborators
Contribute to workflow development and mentor junior staff

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in protein expression, purification, and characterization
Familiarity with FPLC/HPLC systems and biophysical assays for protein interactions
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
